This has great foundation for you!
John is a great teacher and fun to have coaching you! His enthusiasm for improvisation is a wonderful encouragement! The opportunity to learn motivates me!
Loved it!!!
A very good introduction to the blues and very well explained👍
Fundamental Fun 🤩
I found this lesson the very roots of learning to play minor blues in the traditional style. For the beginner, there’s a lot of work involved, but it’s achievable and a lot of fun.
excellent
A very good introduction to learning minor blues. I also liked the continuous structure and the care taken in the design. I was able to learn a lot of important things from it.
Trad Minor Blues level 1
I got so much from this course - much more than i was expecting. Thank you so much John, I love your gentle teaching style and the way you calmly take us through the lessons. Really helps me to not get overwhelmed. I really appreciate that you count the beats in numbers; that you threw in some extra stuff (major blues numbers which I did not know and so tried them out). The way the lessons came together was very fulfilling so that I felt that I had achieved something. For the first time I wrote down my ‘improvised’ 12 bars which I learnt a lot from (harder than I was expecting). Again thank you, so worth the effort. Xo
