Trad Minor Blues level 1
I got so much from this course - much more than i was expecting. Thank you so much John, I love your gentle teaching style and the way you calmly take us through the lessons. Really helps me to not get overwhelmed. I really appreciate that you count the beats in numbers; that you threw in some extra stuff (major blues numbers which I did not know and so tried them out). The way the lessons came together was very fulfilling so that I felt that I had achieved something. For the first time I wrote down my ‘improvised’ 12 bars which I learnt a lot from (harder than I was expecting). Again thank you, so worth the effort. Xo
an excellent review of simple blues elements
well taught - clear and easy to understand
Great cadence of effective learning!
John’s teaching style is great, he takes time to explain techniques which I thought was very helpful.
First steps
This was a great course to ensure that you understood the basic theory, combined a load of useful techniques, and a really saw progress for a beginner.
Best course
This course exceeded my expectations, so informative and fun to learn. John has a very calm and patient manner, explaining everything carefully with lots of hints and ways to practice. I am looking forward to the intermediate course after I master this one.
