Piano chord extensions
It's a great way these ideas explained in simplicity keep the good work Jonny
A Huge Stepping Stone for Understanding Jazz Chord Extensions
Well laid out steps with insight into how few extensions there really are, how to apply them to the 3 main types of 7th chords, and how to create your own voicings for improvising, composing, and giving expression to lead sheet songs.
Challenging but worthwhile
Although challenging the method of teaching has been fun and I have learnt a great deal at the young age of 84.
The missing link for me
This course takes you through chord extensions and finishes with a set of exercises to help you (eventually, with practice) quickly find chord extensions when reading lead sheets etc. I am always grateful to have clear, well-thought-out exercises that can help me to convert the theory in my head to automatic responses in my fingers.
Very useful
I´ve been playing some them intuitively, now I will be able to see what I´m playing. Great.
