amazing content

This course really demystified the basics of jazz chords for me, and introduced me to a bunch of progressions I never heard of. I'm new to jazz and focusing mostly on blues. But this course opened up so many possibilities. Loved the song examples to understand the progressions, love the building block approach that can be applied to any song once you get started, great pace for getting to know the content.

Fun and challenging!

Loved learning all the jazz progressions and playing them with the backing tracks. Very helpful in learning new songs. Went to my fake book and selected some of the songs Jonny recommended, and I’m now seeing it and getting the chord inversions down.. Great course.

I feel I got a great understanding in how improvisers use chords and progressions to play more creatively. I had a pretty good classical piano training 50 years ago. At that time I had no idea how jazz and blues players did their thing. Now my disability is being taken away!
