Great Course to Get Started
I am considered a "mid-beginner'' and decided to use one of the monthly challenges to get myself started. I chose "Girl from Ipanema – Challenge 1" because I thought it would be challenging a great way to learn the fundamentals I am looking for. I was right! Along doing the beginner classes for scales, I have learned a lot in a short time. This class was great and for fundamentals (and fun!) and I can't wait to learn more. Looking forward I know will be able to use these skills on other songs later on.
Fun Bossa Nova Tune
Excellent beginner course and introduction to Latin jazz.
Best Bossa Nova
I truly appreciate how clear this subject is approached. The guidance for improvisation is especially helpful!
new stuff
terrific pace and explanations
It is no easy
John is a wonderful teacher who broadcasts his love for music and his skills to us. I enjoyed the course immensely. Thanks to everyone who supports this wonderful school of the vast world of music.
