Loves me some Floyd Kramer
Love the Floyd Kramer sound and the lesson got me a little taste of it. I hope there is a full lesson somewhere in the library to learn. This was a really good lesson !!
My first awesome lessons
I enjoyed the whole process from start to end of each lesson. Love it the way they teach
Perfect information at the right level
really drilled into the key of E for all exercises - and led into other concepts while keeping the E focus
Another good fundamentals course
Another good chance to explore the "feel" of a key in a few different ways. Also, a fun introduction to the piano style of Floyd Cramer. Before I took this course, I'd never heard of Floyd Cramer, but I'd definitely heard his style. It was fun to see the simple technique that gave him his distinctive sound.
Fundamentals can be fun!
I loved how both instructors broke down multiple ways to approach using the chords, working in the slip notes and making it our own by experimenting with left hand grooves. I don't remember playing in this key signature much, and they made it easy by counting aloud and helping me get the hang of that.
