Challenging rhythms, fun funky song
A great introduction to the Funk style. I had to slow way down to get the rhythms into my hands, but persistence paid off. The accompaniment options were invaluable.
Fun rhythms
Really enjoyed the rhythms in this course. Variety in these keys courses makes them very enjoyable.
Bb minor mountain
Leaving C major white keys behind, Bb minor is really a lot of fun, but feels like a never ending journey climbing the mountain of knowledge and techniques in this lesson. Like a lot of Jonny’s key lessons, the melody of the song provided is relatively simple, but the left hand accompaniments dump a whole lotta stuff on the path. But this is why I’m here, enormous fun. Just wish I’d met Jonny 60 years ago. 🤩
Groovy moves
I enjoyed it so much.. in my mind is so clear and watching the lessons make it seems so easy but now come the actual application not quite as fast as in my mind. Overall, repetition is a great learning process.
