This course will help you master Fly Me to the Moon at the advanced level.

First we’ll look at the basic lead sheet and learn how to make it our own with articulation & phrasing. Next we’ll add a walking bass, chord pops, and chord alterations. Finally, we’ll put the hands together and play a beautiful final arrangement!

I love the layered approach beginning with swing rhythm, adding walking bass, and then fitting them together with chord pops and ultimately tied together with a great solo that incorporates all the jazz licks I have heard from the cool jazz era.
