Challenging but progressive
I enjoyed the progression, how we felt better step by step.
Fun Challenge
John Proulx is such a great teacher. He delivered the material in a clear concise way that made the goals of each lesson very achievable. Every detail was covered immaculately…now it is only a matter of practice for the student to get that muscle memory.
Fly me to the moon challenge--beginner
Good review. I'm committed to go through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of each course. So, thank you for the course.
Soup to Nuts
Thanks again, John. A great intro to this beautiful piece, FMTTM.
By breaking the piece down to all its elements, then building into R/L hands with an example solo...who could ask for anything more?
I think most of us are eager to play off lead sheets, be able to introduce the tune, then wander off into a heartfelt and organized solo. A course like this takes us straight into that territory.
Totally useful and effective instruction. Thanks again, Brian Faleski
A challenge !
This was a fantastic course. So wonderfully put together. I really enjoyed it but what I didn’t enjoy was the massive struggle I had with the solo at the end. I think I am ‘rhythmically challenged’ !
