Using the great standard, “Blue Skies”, by Irving Berlin, I will show you several accompanying techniques including open voicings, rootless quartal chords, and melodic fills. That, coupled with a cool intro and ending and you’ll be able to play a complete arrangement of the song by the end of the workshop.
