Welcome to the Love Progression Collaboration!
This is your opportunity to play with Jonny and the other members in the community!
In this month’s collaboration, you’re going to improvise over the Love Progression while Jonny plays an accompaniment.
To participate, simply follow these three steps:
- Play the attached practice track and practice soloing. If you’re not sure how to solo over this progression, you can learn techniques in the Love Progression Challenge.
- Set your smartphone or tablet next to your keyboard and record yourself playing with the below performance video (not the practice track). Make sure you are recording in landscape mode (not vertical), the lighting looks good, and make sure you that your keyboard audio and Jonny’s accompaniment audio are loud enough for your camera microphone to pickup. Also, I recommend recording your face and your hands so viewers get the full experience 😊
- Upload your video to this link by February 28th at 11:59pm PST. All participant’s videos will be edited into a final performance video and published next month in the PWJ membership.
Lastly, feel free to dress up and have fun with this! This is your chance to shine!
