In the February 2021 Intermediate/Advanced Workshop, we learned how to improvise a solo with the Mixolydian Scale – one of the most important scales for blues, rock, and jazz swing. We learned the notes of the scale, which chords/progressions to use, 5 left hand accompaniments, 4 soloing techniques, how to solo over multiple chords, and more!
