In the February 2021 Beginner/Intermediate Workshop, we learn how to improvise a solo with the Mixolydian Scale – one of the most important scales for blues, rock, and jazz swing. We’ll learn the notes of the scale, which chords/progressions to use, 5 left hand accompaniments, 2 block positions, 3 rhythm exercises, 3 soloing techniques, and more!
