Harmonized slip notes take the slip note idea and apply it to chords. You slide full harmonies into place, which creates a cool, edgy, gritty sound. It works over almost any chord progression and makes your solos sound polished and professional.
In this course, you’ll learn what harmonized slip notes are, the best timing for playing them, and the names used for these chords. Then you’ll learn the four essential harmonized slip note positions, which work over almost any chord in a pop progression.
To lock in the technique, you’ll work through two essential slip exercises. Then you’ll move into improvisation and learn to create a great-sounding solo with each of the four positions.
