The Orientation Course was very helpful for a PWJ beginner like myself. It provided a well-thought out description of the PWJ Site and very practical and useful information as to how to proceed and get the most impact for time spent working on Lessons. The Course will go a long way to keep me focused and moving in the right direction on my piano journey! I am a very busy business owner and time not wasted is very important to me. Usually you come to a site and you have to figure out everything yourself or weed through Help/FAQ. Having an orientation course that introduces all the site features and member tools is awesome.
Inspiring to see all that is included here!!!
I feel more inspired after watching this because I now realize how much is included here AND how user friendly it is to find exactly what you want to learn about or to find an inspirational tidbit. The multiple learning styles support (visual hands, cues, leads sheets, keyboard top view etc.) are fantastic!

Sheet Types
Smartsheets use the Soundslice sheet music player to give students digital access to all arrangements and lesson sheet music. Smartsheets provide audio playback, light-up key notation, transposition, looping, and other learning tools.
Lessons sheets break down a song into smaller learning sections. They are all instantly downloadable.
Arrangements are through-composed pieces that are fully notated. They are available for digital viewing and print purchase.
Skill Levels
Beginner: You have never played piano or are just starting your learning journey.
Intermediate: You have some familiarity with the basics of music, and have learned a few pieces.
Advanced: You are more confident with music theory and can play several challenging pieces.
