Solid Foundation
For the first time in decades, I feel confident in building a solid foundation. There are no shortcuts and practice time is essential. I am very very happy!!
Love the "Johny's Moonflight"!!!~
Excellent course, very pleasant, nice song to learn, lots of fun with it !!! thank you Johny
Fun and challenging
Love how the courses are designed. Various skills and theory are sprinkled throughout the course with a great way to introduce rhythm, accompaniment, and inversions. Plus, we get to use most of the chords in a given key to really lock in what we learn.
Begiiners foundation Course 1
An excellent and all encompassing course. Not only does one learn scales (and I never realised how many of them there are!) but almost more importantly one learns how the scales and associated chords are used to create music. The main difference to me now is that when I see a piece of music I am able to understand, albeit currently on a relatively basic level, what the music DOES! Previously I was taught to simply transfer sheet music to a position on the keyboard without knowing how the music was created. One must not underestimate the amount of effort that such a course requires but it is time well spent. I loved the accompaniment sections.
Key of Dm
I love inversions! This course is so thorough, I always know where to place my fingers. It’s just practice from there. I love learning theory and how logical it is. I appreciate that you move right along although it takes me a while to actually be able to play the lesson well and that part just depends on me practicing. No complaints-it’s thrilling!
